Terms of Service

1. Not investment advice

Roiver is a research and education tool. Nothing in the Service — scores, screens, valuations, signals, backtests, AI-generated answers, emails or videos — is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or digital asset, or advice tailored to your circumstances. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions; consider consulting a licensed professional before acting.

Backtested and hypothetical results are not actual trading results, benefit from hindsight, and do not account for every cost or risk. Past performance, real or simulated, does not guarantee future results. Investing involves risk, including the loss of principal.

2. Data and AI output

Market, fundamental and filing data come from third-party providers and public sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. AI-generated content can contain errors, including incorrect numbers, even when it cites sources. Verify anything important before relying on it.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate information and keep your email address current.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Plans & billing; plan changes are prorated. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid features until then. Deleting your account cancels any subscription immediately. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we say otherwise in writing. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

Don't:

• scrape, bulk-download or resell data from the Service;
• circumvent usage limits, plan restrictions or security measures, or create accounts to evade them;
• use the Service to break the law, including securities laws, or to harm others;
• interfere with the Service or attempt to access other users' data.

We may suspend or close accounts that do.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into the Service (portfolios, watchlists, questions). You give us the permission we need to store and process it to run the Service for you. If you share an analysis publicly, anyone with the link can see what that page shows until you stop sharing it.

7. Our property

The Service, including the Roiver Score, software and content we create, belongs to Sakamoto Labs LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it under these terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for investment losses or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US$100 if greater.

9. Ending this agreement

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the Service, in which case we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused period.

10. Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms; if a change is material we will tell you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
